Returning At Night-Holland Channel Giclee
Returning At Night captures a different view from the day light experience at Big Red and the Holland channel entry. Coming into the channel and past Big Red light house after sunset is a sensory experience far different from the same journey in the bright sunlight. The sound of the boat's engines is bigger, lower in pitch and echoes. The sound of the wave action is crisper. The boat's spotlight focuses in circular crops of shadowed images. Lights reflect, bounce and jitter. Voices seem distant.
