BS6 Rowing Boats I Framed Giclee
Rustic rowing boats found on the Conwy River in northern Wales spied by the artist while visiting the local castle. "I spotted these wonderful boats while catching a view from the top turret of Conwy Castle and had to follow the waterfront to get a closer look," says the artist. The focal boat has beautiful weathering captured in a loose watercolor style. Pastel was added to the background boats to soften their texture and push them back into the light mist. This piece is available in giclees in a variety of scaled sizes. It coordinates well with other pieces in the Carrie's rustic boat series. Triple matted in red, cream and gray and framed in a slightly weathered black wood frame.
