Visibility is low in the harbor where these vessels await the clearing of the early fog. Rich blue/green shades reflect in the foreground water, while the hues change to gray blues as the fog thickens and recedes. An interesting view point created from the artist's imagination. Giclee reproductions are produced on a natural cold press watercolor paper. Art measures 22" x 28 1/2". The outside of the frame dimensions are 32" x 39 1/2"
Carrie designed framing for this piece to mirror the quiet mood for the painting. Archival TRIPLE mats start with an inner warm brown, then a middle solid core charcoal gray and a top of gray/tan. The frame is a gray washed rustic wood with warm undertones. Conservation clear glass has been used to protect the art.
