This eye catching giclee by Carrie displays a dramatic, textural oil painting depicting the rolling sand dunes and shoreline of Lake Michigan near her home. She has used a variety of painting knives and brush work on the original to create an impressionistic style work emphasizing the variety of colors found in the shadowed and illuminated areas of sand. Hints of a foot path leading towards the wading area of an inlet lead the eye through the painting. Giclees available on archival watercolor paper.
